Start with the list you already have
A research project often begins with a spreadsheet: competitor pages, official notices, shortlisted properties or reports to follow. PageFluxer’s multiple-URL and CSV import turns that list into paused Cloud monitors you can review one by one.
From New monitor, choose Add multiple URLs or import a CSV. Paste one address per line, or use a UTF-8 CSV with a required url column and optional name and labels columns. Each import accepts 1–50 rows in a file up to 100 KB. Download the template from the import screen if you want a starting format.
Review the addresses before creating monitors
An address such as example.com/notices defaults to HTTPS. Explicit HTTP addresses remain HTTP. The same HTTPS default works when adding a single page, so you do not need to type the prefix every time.
The review identifies invalid rows, repeated URLs and existing Cloud URLs. Select the rows you want and check available Cloud monitor slots. Paused monitors still occupy slots, and capacity is checked again when you confirm the import.
Use names that explain the decision behind each page and labels that group related work. In a CSV, quote a labels field containing commas; names containing commas or line breaks need CSV quoting too.
Give each page a useful rule
Create the reviewed drafts
Importing creates paused monitors. It does not fetch the listed pages or start scheduled checks.
Open Finish setup
Preview each page, choose what to watch and set a rule that answers the question. A notice, price and publication index need different targets.
Confirm and organize
Choose an appropriate interval, save the configured monitor and review notification delivery. Use the separate Local setup flow if the check should run in your own authorized Chrome profile.
Keep imports focused and recoverable
If your connection drops after confirmation, review the same file again. Already-created Cloud URLs are detected, which helps you resume without duplicating the same drafts. Check the monitor list before submitting a different version of the file.
An import is a fixed starting list, not a subscription to later spreadsheet edits. Use a feed or sitemap source watch for ongoing discovery. For a complete review routine, follow Build a website watch list.
