Support

Need help with a monitor, sign-in link, or subscription? Email us at support@pagefluxer.com. Include the email address on your account and a description of the problem. Never send your card number or sign-in link.

Prefer to call?

Call +1 204-200-7727 to reach us, or choose the option to leave a voicemail directly. If we’re unavailable, your call will go to voicemail. Email is best for sharing monitor links and screenshots.

Manage your subscription

Sign in, open your dashboard, and select Manage billing to view your subscription, change your plan, or cancel. The billing portal shows when a change takes effect.

Refunds and billing questions

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for time already billed, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We do not automatically refund unused time in a billing period. If you think a charge is incorrect or duplicated, email us at support@pagefluxer.com so we can review it.

The text I want is missing

Open the monitor’s detail page and expand Current captured text. If the relevant wording is absent, check that you added the correct public URL. Try a narrower content target or use Browser checks to run JavaScript. Starter and Pro include Browser checks, and Free includes a one-time trial. See the Browser checks guide. A page may load content with unsupported scripts, require sign-in, or block automated requests. PageFluxer cannot reliably alert on text it cannot capture. See which pages work for the full explanation.

A monitor shows a check issue

Check the error and last successful check on the monitor’s detail page. Confirm the source URL still opens publicly. A failed check leaves the last successful capture intact and retries with a delay; an accessible page in your browser can still block automated checks. If failures continue, send support the monitor URL and error text, without private tokens or credentials.

My history is empty or an email link has expired

A new monitor needs a successful baseline capture before it can record a change. Older monitors begin saving full text after the history feature is deployed; earlier events may only have excerpts. History is available for 7 days on Free, 30 days on Starter, and 90 days on Pro. A downgrade shortens access, and deleted history cannot be restored. If an email link asks you to sign in, sign in and then open that link again.

Notification delivery

Open notification settings to choose email frequency, timezone, and your available scheduling controls. Digests only send when changes exist. Quiet hours defer and combine email; they do not stop monitoring. Account defaults share digests; monitor overrides have separate schedules. Delivery times are approximate.

Pro webhook delivery requires an enabled HTTPS endpoint and webhook delivery enabled on the monitor. Review recent delivery status and errors in notification settings. Endpoints must respond promptly with 2xx; redirects are not followed. Retries can deliver an event more than once, so receivers must deduplicate by event ID. Changing an endpoint or signing secret cancels its waiting deliveries. Losing Pro stops webhook delivery. Retry and completed-delivery records are kept for 7 days.
