MAKE THE WATCH LIST YOURS

Follow the offer, not every edit on the page.

A competitor can change a plan’s price, included limits, or positioning without publishing an announcement. Select the pricing card or feature section you care about instead of monitoring the whole website. PageFluxer records captured changes so you can review the new offer against the previous one and decide whether it needs a closer look.

Separate price from positioning

Use a Price target for numeric changes and a Text target for benefits, limits, or copy. One page can contain several independent targets.

Reduce unrelated updates

Select a stable plan card or content section to avoid navigation, rotating promotions, and other page areas outside your target.

Bring changes into your workflow

Collect updates in an email digest or use a Pro webhook to receive matching events at your own HTTPS endpoint.

FROM PAGE TO USEFUL ALERT

Here’s how to set it up.

The guided builder walks you through your page, goal, selection, delivery, and final confirmation.

  1. Choose the page and goal

Paste the public pricing or product URL. Choose Specific content for the offer’s wording or Price for a single numeric amount. Name the monitor by company and purpose.

  2. Select a stable part of the offer

In the preview, select a plan card or feature section. For a Price target, isolate the current amount rather than an entire card with several numbers, and confirm its currency and decimal format.

  3. Choose broad or focused rules

Use Any change to follow wording revisions. A price can alert on any numeric change, a drop, or crossing below a threshold. Add up to three targets to watch different parts of the same page.

  4. Organize delivery and review

Label monitors by competitor, choose a schedule, and confirm estimated usage. Use a digest for periodic research, or enable a Pro webhook per monitor to route matching changes into your own system.

THE CONTEXT BEHIND THE ALERT

Put today’s offer beside the previous version.

Highlighted text diffs show additions and removals, and retained captures let you revisit earlier wording. History is kept for up to 7 days on Free, 30 on Starter, and 90 on Pro, subject to storage allowances. A detected change gives you evidence to review; it does not explain a competitor’s strategy or intent.

Common questions

Can I monitor a competitor’s entire website?

Each monitor watches one public URL. Add separate monitors for pricing, product, or feature pages. A New listings target can spot new links on a selected page, but does not crawl the contents of every linked page.

Can I compare prices in different currencies?

Each price target uses the currency and decimal format you confirm during setup. PageFluxer normalizes the number but does not convert currencies. Set up separate targets or monitors for the offers you want to compare, and interpret currency differences yourself.

Can I send updates to another tool?

Pro includes one signed webhook endpoint at account level, enabled separately for each monitor. Webhooks deliver matching change events independently of email digests and quiet hours. See the webhook documentation for the payload, verification, and retry behavior.
