Terms of service
Last updated October 3, 2026 · browser checks update
By using PageFluxer, you agree to these terms. If you need clarification, contact support@pagefluxer.com before subscribing.
What the service does
PageFluxer checks public HTTP and HTTPS pages on a schedule using HTML checks or Browser checks with JavaScript rendering. It compares selected text and structured values, records captured changes, and sends enabled email or webhook notifications when alert rules match. A confirmed setup preview or first successful capture establishes the baseline. Checks and email delivery are approximate, and a page may block access or change in ways we cannot detect. Do not rely on alerts for emergencies or time-critical decisions.
Your account and monitored pages
You are responsible for access to the email account used for sign-in and for choosing URLs you are legally permitted to monitor. You are responsible for how you use any content or alerts you receive.
Acceptable use
Monitor only publicly accessible pages that you have a lawful basis to access and use. Do not submit URLs containing passwords, access tokens, private links, or sensitive personal information unless you are authorized to provide that information to us. Do not use PageFluxer to bypass access controls or site restrictions, disrupt a site, violate another person's privacy or intellectual property rights, harass or stalk anyone, conduct unlawful surveillance, or collect or distribute unlawful content.
Pages you monitor may contain third-party content; PageFluxer does not endorse that content. We may reject or remove monitors or suspend accounts when we reasonably believe they violate these terms, threaten the service or others, or require action under applicable law. Report suspected misuse to support@pagefluxer.com.
Plans and billing
The free plan includes 3 monitor slots, with HTML checks as often as about every hour. Starter includes up to 25 monitor slots, with HTML checks as often as every 15 minutes, and Pro includes up to 100 monitor slots, with HTML checks as often as every 5 minutes. The current prices appear on our pricing page and at Stripe Checkout. Paid subscriptions recur monthly or annually in USD, according to the billing frequency confirmed at checkout, until canceled. Taxes and any currency conversion shown at checkout may affect the amount you pay.
Browser checks have frequency, monthly usage, and daily capacity limits described in the browser guide. HTML and browser monitors share your plan’s monitor slots. Browser checks support public read-only pages and do not promise access to blocked, authenticated or protected content. Capacity, website backoff, and service interruptions may delay checks.
Plans include monthly HTML check allowances: 2,500 for Free, 20,000 for Starter, and 75,000 for Pro. Reserved attempts, including unchanged and failed checks, count toward usage. Allowances reset at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each calendar month, independently of billing dates. At the limit, checks wait until a reset or an upgrade with a larger allowance. Unused checks do not roll over, and plan changes do not reset usage. There are no automatic overage charges. See the usage guide for cancellation and interrupted-worker counting details.
Monitor slots and check budgets are separate; not all monitors can run at the fastest frequency throughout a month. History is retained for up to the published day limit, subject to a storage allowance. Older history may be removed earlier as storage fills. The free browser trial is one-time, starts with your first saved browser monitor, and pauses when its time or attempt limit is used. Notification and preview allowances are listed on the pricing page: after the alert email allowance, changes are combined into a daily account digest. Failed webhook attempts count against the separate webhook allowance. Annual billing retains monthly usage resets.
Cancellation and refunds
To change or cancel a paid plan, sign in and choose Manage billing on your dashboard. Plan and billing frequency changes apply when Stripe completes the change, with prorated charges or billing credits shown before confirmation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Billing credits are not automatic cash refunds. The Stripe billing portal shows the effective date. Charges for time already billed are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. We do not automatically issue prorated refunds for unused time. For incorrect or duplicate charges, email support@pagefluxer.com.
Availability and responsibility
We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that every page will be accessible, every change will be detected, or an alert will arrive by a particular time. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on monitored content. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes and contact
We may update the service or these terms. We will update the date above when the terms change. For support or account questions, visit Support or email support@pagefluxer.com. See our Privacy policy for information about your data.
Notification destinations and schedules
Email digests and quiet hours change notification timing, not monitoring frequency. Delivery timing is approximate and retries may cause duplicate webhook events. You are responsible for your webhook endpoint, authorization to send captured content to it, and safe handling of received data and signing secrets. Pro webhook delivery stops when the entitlement ends. Changes already being delivered may finish after settings change.
