How does the free browser trial work?
It starts when you save your first browser monitor, not when you sign up or preview a page. Watch one browser-loaded page hourly for 7 days, with up to 168 scheduled attempts. This monitor uses one of your three slots. No card is required. At the end it pauses; choose a paid plan or switch it to HTML. Deleting it or changing months does not restart the trial. Do all my monitors run at the fastest schedule?
You choose a schedule for each monitor. The check allowance is shared across the account, so running more pages at faster intervals uses it sooner. HTML and browser checks have separate allowances. At the limit, checks wait until the next calendar month or an upgrade with room to spare. Failed website checks and retries count. Service capacity and website backoff may delay checks. Usage guide →
What stays the same with yearly billing?
You get the same features and monthly allowances. Usage resets on the first of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC, independently of your billing date. Unused checks do not roll over. Switching plans or billing frequency does not reset usage. The full yearly charge is shown above and at checkout.
What happens when I change or cancel my plan?
Use the billing portal to review prorated charges or credits before confirming. Plan and billing frequency changes take effect when Stripe completes the change; upgrades require successful payment. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. After a downgrade, excess monitors pause and shorter history limits apply. An upgrade cannot recover deleted history. You can resume eligible monitors yourself.
Will every website work?
Monitor public pages you are allowed to access. Both HTML and browser loading support price, stock, text, and listing rules. Some sites block automated access; logins, CAPTCHAs, and recorded browser actions are not supported. Confirm your selected values in the preview before saving. Supported pages →
