Tenders & grants monitoring →Track captured changes to vendor terms, policies and public notices. Let the people responsible review what actually changed.
Policy monitoring workflows →Send a scheduled Business report to the connected destination, grouped by your existing labels and retained changes.
Reports & exports guide →Cards can include monitor names, captured excerpts and saved AI summaries. People in the Teams destination can read the card; PageFluxer workspace access is still required to open private history.
AI summaries may be inaccurate. Check the captured evidence before acting. The connection posts updates and does not read your Teams conversations.
Security & data handling →Use Teams with or without email, Slack and webhooks. Channel alerts do not wait for email digests or quiet hours.

Compare Business →This connection uses Microsoft’s Workflows app and a generated webhook URL. Follow the PageFluxer setup guide; there is no PageFluxer Teams store installation required for this flow.
Each PageFluxer workspace has one Teams destination. Monitors choose whether to send there. Replacing the connection changes that shared destination and cancels waiting deliveries for the old one.
The Workflow endpoint accepted the request; its later posting step may still fail. Check the Workflow run history, destination and Microsoft connection, as well as PageFluxer’s delivery history.
Microsoft manages Workflow ownership separately from PageFluxer roles. Add a trusted co-owner and keep its Microsoft connection active so the flow can continue when the original owner is away.
Disconnect in PageFluxer to stop future sends and remove its saved destination secret. Manage or delete the Workflow separately in Microsoft. Messages already delivered remain under your Microsoft retention settings.
Start with one channel, one monitor and a test message.
