Recurring publications
Follow an index that normally adds a report or bulletin. A new-item rule resets the period when a matching entry is detected; a phrase can focus on one publication series.
Waiting for a new report, listing or notice? Choose how long a monitor can go without a matching update, then get a reminder to check the source when that observed quiet period has passed.

Use an expected publication or notice as a reminder for a human review. A no-change notice records an observed quiet period, not proof of compliance, non-compliance or a missed legal deadline.
Check whether selected opening hours, service notices or a supplier update received an expected edit. Choose an any-text-change rule when every captured wording update should count.
Use the monitor’s normal goal and rules. Any text change, a new matching item and a price crossing a threshold represent different expectations.
Enable No change alerts in optional setup or monitor notification settings. Choose between one hour and 90 days and enable a delivery method. The next successful check starts observation.
A successful check at or after the period confirms it. Open the monitor’s observation state and source, then decide whether to follow up with the publisher or your team.
No-change alerts are optional and included on Free, Starter, Pro and Business. There is no extra capture or AI request. The monitor’s normal plan, source access, check interval and trial limits still apply.
Choose email, Pro/Business webhooks, or a connected Business Slack or Teams destination. Notification allowances and delivery timing still apply. RSS, Atom and sitemap watches retain their Pro/Business requirement.
Compare plan allowances →Only a change that matches the saved alert rules counts. A new-item monitor can ignore an unrelated footer edit. A price-below rule counts a qualifying transition, not every unchanged check while the price remains below the threshold.
No. It observes elapsed time after a successful check and requires a later successful check to confirm the period. Check schedules, interruptions and delivery delays affect timing. Keep exact deadlines in your calendar or case-management process.
Only if you actually expect an update. A policy can legitimately remain unchanged. For ordinary vendor-policy review, use change alerts; use a quiet-period reminder for a publication or update your process expects to appear.
A blocked or failed capture is a monitor-health issue and restarts the quiet-period observation. It is not evidence of unchanged content. Review health and recovery messages separately from no-change notices.
