Open reports and set the period
Choose the workspace, range and available filters. Check the totals as well as the displayed recent changes.
Read the underlying evidence
Open the retained change when context matters. Existing AI summaries may be reused; creating a report does not request new summaries.
Export or schedule
Download a CSV, or configure an eligible weekly report. Confirm the destination and keep ordinary change-alert settings separate.

Will exporting mark changes as reviewed?
No. Reports and exports read retained evidence without changing the workspace’s review state.
Why does the report total exceed the rows shown?
The interactive view shows up to 100 recent changes. Its totals cover the selected retained period; CSV exports have separate row and size bounds.
Does snoozing a monitor stop its weekly report?
No. Temporary snooze applies to normal change alerts. Scheduled reports have their own configuration and can include changes captured during a snooze.
