Export your monitor list to CSV

Keep a spreadsheet of the pages you follow, or prepare a URL list for another setup. Choose exactly which monitors belong in the download.

Open your watch list →

Choose the scope before downloading

  1. Choose your workspace and apply any search, label, type, status or snooze filters.
  2. Optionally select specific monitors on the visible page.
  3. Open Export monitor list. Choose selected monitors or All matching monitors · every page.
  4. Choose a CSV format and download it. All matching includes later pages, regardless of the page currently visible.

Exports are available on every plan to workspace members with current access. Each workspace can make ten monitor export attempts per hour. If your selection changed or your access was removed, refresh the dashboard before trying again.

Inventory or import list?

Inventory with status and frequency

Download up to 5,000 monitors and 10 MiB. Columns include monitor ID, URL, name, page title, labels, active/paused status, Cloud/Local execution, capture method, source/comparison type, target types, source-watch and setup state, effective interval, creation time, last successful check and snooze deadline. Dates use UTC. A missing value remains blank.

Effective interval includes your current plan minimum. This is an inventory at download time, not an archive of previous settings, a backup of captures or a promise that every scheduled check ran. It excludes selected page content, login sessions, tokens, webhook URLs and recorded preparation values.

URL list for import

Download up to 50 monitors and 100 KB with exactly url, name and labels columns. It works with Paste URLs / import CSV. Re-import still checks duplicates and plan capacity and creates paused Cloud drafts for individual preview and setup.

This format does not restore rules, schedules, screenshots, history, site connections or Local browser configuration. A Local URL can be included, but importing it does not connect a browser or inherit a login. A draft for a PDF or source watch still needs its appropriate setup workflow.

Understand limits and protect the file

Oversized exports fail with an explanation; they are never silently truncated. Narrow the filters or select fewer rows. Inventory and import exports quote fields and protect formula-like values for spreadsheet use. A spreadsheet may display a protective leading tab in a text cell. Export is not a byte-for-byte archive of arbitrary control characters in names.

Names, titles and source URLs can still reveal private information, including query parameters. Review the CSV before sharing it. Downloading does not create a public link. Copies you save or share are outside PageFluxer’s retention and deletion controls.

Need observations or change evidence instead?

The monitor list describes what you watch. For recorded prices, open a price monitor and download its selected price-history view. For captured changes, use Reports & CSV exports; their existing access and retention rules apply.

See the watch-list review workflow to combine labels, frequency changes and an inventory download.
