Know what your plan includes.
Monitor limits tell you how many pages you can save. Check allowances count how often PageFluxer attempts to read those pages.
Monthly HTML allowances
| Plan | Monitors | HTML checks/month | Schedule |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 3 | 2,500 | Every hour |
| Starter | 25 | 20,000 | Every 15 minutes |
| Pro | 100 | 75,000 | Every 5 minutes |
Monitor slots and check budgets are separate. More pages or faster schedules use your allowance sooner. Not every slot can run at the fastest interval all month. Real check timing depends on worker capacity and website response times. Failed checks back off rather than repeatedly hammering a website.
What uses a check?
Pro watches for new entries use one monitor slot and one HTML check per source scan (including a bounded sitemap index). Discovery setup previews are separately rate limited and available on all plans. Imported pages occupy ordinary slots and stay paused until setup is confirmed. Discover & watch guide →
A reserved check attempt uses one check, even if the page has not changed or the website request fails. Scheduled baselines and retries count. A confirmed setup preview uses the separate preview allowance. A reservation cancelled before fetching is refunded; an interrupted attempt may remain counted if we cannot confirm whether the page was fetched.
Reading history, reviewing changes, email notifications, and webhook delivery do not use checks. Deleting a monitor does not restore checks already used.
Resets and limits
Allowances reset at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each calendar month, independently of the subscription billing date. The dashboard displays the next reset in your local timezone. Unused checks do not roll over. Annual billing does not grant a yearly pool or reset usage when you change billing frequency.
At 80% usage, a warning appears in your dashboard. At the limit, checks wait automatically; monitors remain active and restart at the next reset. There are no automatic overage charges. Paused monitors stay paused until you resume them.
Changing plans changes the allowance immediately when the billing update is confirmed, but does not reset the current month’s used total. An upgrade can provide more room. A downgrade can leave checks waiting if your used total exceeds the smaller allowance.
History and browser rendering
Free keeps 7 days of changes, Starter 30, and Pro 90. A downgrade shortens access; background deletion cannot be undone. The current comparison baseline is kept. Retained history also has a storage limit: 20 MB on Free, 100 MB on Starter, and 500 MB on Pro. Old history is trimmed as space fills, so the day limit is a maximum, not an archival guarantee.
Starter includes 750 browser checks per month, hourly or slower. Pro includes 5,000 every 15 minutes or slower. Free has a one-time 7-day, 168-attempt trial for one hourly browser monitor. Service capacity and daily limits apply. Read the browser guide.
Notifications and setup previews
Monthly alert email allowances are 100 Free, 250 Starter, and 600 Pro. Each prepared message or digest uses one slot; retries reuse that slot. A message cancelled after preparation still counts. At the limit, remaining changes are combined into at most one daily account digest per UTC day, using your account’s daily digest time, timezone, and quiet hours. Per-monitor overrides resume next month. Security/sign-in emails are separate.
Pro includes one webhook endpoint and 10,000 outbound attempts per month, including failures and retries. At the cap, deliveries fail visibly; they are not silently replayed next month. Recent deliveries remain eligible for manual retry within their normal retry window.
Free, Starter and Pro have 20, 50, and 150 setup previews per month, with daily caps of 10, 20, and 40. Preview attempts count even when the website fails. Service capacity limits may defer previews. Selecting different targets within a loaded preview is free.
