MAKE THE WATCH LIST YOURS

Start with the issuer’s own newsroom.

An issuer’s news index can publish reports, presentations and operational announcements. Follow newly linked items, then monitor important report pages or supported PDFs for revisions. Keep the source, reporting period and document version clear when comparing updates.

Use official company sources

Choose issuer newsrooms and investor-relations indexes rather than an unverified repost.

Separate new reports from revisions

Discover a new report URL on the index, then create a document or text monitor if later edits matter.

Review the full context

An alert is a pointer to information. Read the source and related disclosures before drawing conclusions.

FROM PAGE TO USEFUL ALERT

Here’s how to set it up.

Add your URL, choose what matters, and confirm the cloud preview. Customize notification delivery on the monitor’s details page after saving.

  1. Choose the issuer’s index

Use an authorized public announcements page. Check that it covers the business and reporting scope you need.

  2. Preview the release links

Select New items and inspect the detected titles and URLs. A phrase filter matches those fields, not every statement inside a financial report.

  3. Choose a research schedule

Use a daily starting interval and configure notifications after saving. If the issuer supplies RSS, the separate source-watch workflow is available on Pro and Business.

  4. Follow significant documents

Create a text or supported PDF monitor for a report you need to track. Confirm the document’s date and reporting period, then review later changes at the source.

THE CONTEXT BEHIND THE ALERT

Keep the captured change in context.

Observed changes are research context, not real-time financial data, trading signals or investment advice. Scheduled checks can be delayed and do not guarantee that material news is discovered before other channels.

WHEN THE TEAM NEEDS THE SAME CONTEXT

Share the watch list. Keep a clear review queue.

Try this workflow on your current plan. Business brings 5 people into one workspace with shared monitors, retained history and reviewed/unreviewed state. Labels group related pages; the reviewer is visible to teammates.

Common questions

Is this a real-time market data service?

No. PageFluxer performs scheduled checks of configured sources. It does not provide live prices, exchange feeds or time-critical trading alerts.

Can I monitor an annual-report PDF?

Yes, if the source permits it and the PDF has extractable text supported by PageFluxer. Preview the direct document URL and confirm its contents.

Does a new report always have a new URL?

No. Publishers sometimes replace documents at the same address. Follow that address separately with a text or PDF monitor when revisions matter.
