Find the group you mean
A growing watch list often serves several jobs at once: following a shortlist, reviewing supplier updates, and keeping an eye on important reference pages. PageFluxer now makes those groups easier to find.
Select several labels and choose whether a monitor must match any of them or every one. Combine that with a monitor type, Cloud or Local, status, or an active snooze. Applied filter chips make the current view clear, and you can bookmark its URL for the next review in your selected workspace.
Give related pages the right checking pace
Select Cloud monitors on the current page and set their check frequency together. The control shows the minimum supported by your plan and selected capture methods. Existing rules, baselines, history and paused states stay intact.
The already scheduled check keeps its time; subsequent checks use the new interval. That makes it easier to give stable pages a slower cadence while keeping time-sensitive pages within a useful checking window. Existing check allowances still apply. Local frequency remains editable in the Chrome extension.
Quiet a group without stopping its history
Bulk snooze works for both Cloud and Local. Choose one hour, 24 hours or seven days for the selected monitors, or resume their alerts early. Checks and retained history continue, and normal change alerts return automatically without replaying the snoozed changes.
The snooze is shared across the workspace and replaces the selected monitors’ existing deadlines. Health notices, no-change reminders, manual tests and reports remain separate. Use the Snoozed filter to see which monitors currently have a quiet period.
Take a focused inventory into your next review
Export monitor list offers two formats. Inventory CSV includes monitor details, status and effective frequency. URL list for import contains URLs, names and labels, ready for the existing import review.
Choose the selected monitors or all matching monitors across every page. Importing the shorter format creates paused Cloud drafts for setup; it does not restore rules, sessions, history or Local browser configuration. Review downloaded URLs and names before sharing a file.
These tools are available on every plan within existing limits. Workspace owners and admins can make bulk changes; members can filter and export what they can access. Start with the watch-list review workflow, or open the management and export references.
