Build groups around the work you do
A useful watch list answers two questions quickly: which pages need attention today, and which pages can wait? Start with labels that describe a review task rather than creating a separate label for every website.
For an illustrative supplier review, use suppliers for the subject, canada for the market, and shortlist for pages relevant to a current decision. Keep labels consistent across text, price and availability monitors so a group can include different kinds of evidence.
| Question | Dashboard filters | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Which Canadian suppliers are we following? | Labels suppliers + canada, Match every label (AND) | Only monitors carrying both labels |
| Which prices or stock statuses matter to the shortlist? | Label shortlist, then Prices or Availability | Review each relevant target type in turn |
| What are we temporarily keeping quiet? | Change alerts: Snoozed | Monitors with an active snooze deadline |
| Which group needs repair? | Label suppliers + Status: Needs attention | Capture and browser issues in that group |
Choose Match any label (OR) when you want the union of several groups. Apply filters, check the active chips and bookmark the URL for next week. Open the bookmark after selecting the intended workspace; it does not share access or choose a workspace for you.
Match check frequency to the decision window
A stable reference page may need fewer checks than a time-sensitive shortlist. Filter Runs on to Cloud, select the appropriate monitors on the current page, and open Change check frequency. Set an interval that gives you useful updates without consuming the monthly check allowance unnecessarily.
For example, checking ten pages hourly would require roughly 240 scheduled checks in a day of uninterrupted operation. Checking those same pages every six hours would require roughly 40. These are planning estimates, not billing predictions: retries, availability, manual checks and the separate HTML/Browser allowances affect actual usage.
The minimum shown depends on the selected capture methods and current plan. The already scheduled check keeps its time, and the new interval takes effect afterward. Existing baselines and history stay intact; paused monitors stay paused. Change Local frequency in the Chrome extension.
Take a break from alerts without losing observations
During a planned review break, select a group and choose Snooze or resume change alerts. A 24-hour snooze keeps checks and history going while normal change alerts stay quiet. The deadline replaces any previous snooze for the selection and applies to the whole workspace.
Alerts resume automatically without a catch-up burst. Use the Snoozed filter to find the group later and resume early if needed. Pausing is a different choice: it stops checks. No-change reminders, health notices, manual notification tests and reports continue during a change-alert snooze.
Finish with a portable inventory and evidence
Review the filtered group
Check names, labels, active/paused status and last successful checks. A scheduled check is not proof of a successful capture.
Export the right scope
Open Export monitor list and choose selected monitors or all matching monitors across every page. Use Inventory with status and frequency for a spreadsheet review.
Review changes separately
The inventory lists monitors, not captured evidence. Open the change inbox or retained-change reports to examine what actually changed.
Keep the next action clear
Adjust a label, fix a failed capture or pause a page that no longer informs a decision. Keep downloaded files private and remove unneeded copies.
For a new setup, export the URL list for import instead. It contains URLs, names and labels for up to 50 monitors. Import creates paused Cloud drafts and requires individual setup; it does not restore old rules, sessions or history.

Common questions
Do these watch-list tools require a paid plan?
Filtering, monitor-list exports, bulk Cloud frequency changes and bulk snoozing are available on every plan. Existing check allowances and minimum intervals still apply. Bulk changes require an owner or admin in the workspace.
Does Select this page include every filtered monitor?
No. It selects only the current page, up to 25 monitors. The export control has a separate All matching monitors option that includes every matching page, within the export limit.
Can I change Local check frequency from the website?
Change Local frequency in the Chrome extension. Website bulk frequency changes require a selection containing only Cloud monitors. Bulk alert snoozing works for both Cloud and Local.
Does snoozing a group stop checks or send missed alerts later?
Checks and history continue. Normal change alerts resume at the deadline without replaying suppressed changes. Health notices, no-change reminders, manual tests and reports are separate.
