Manage multiple website monitors
Find the right group, review your selection, and make one deliberate change across your watch list.
Open your watch list →Filter by purpose, type and snooze state
On the dashboard, combine search, status, Cloud or Local, monitor type and change-alert snooze state. Open Labels to select up to ten labels. Match any label (OR) includes a monitor with at least one selected label; Match every label (AND) requires them all. Apply filters to update the results.
For example, labels competitors and canada with AND find only monitors carrying both labels. Add Prices to narrow that group to monitors with a price target. A monitor with several target types can appear under each relevant type. PDF documents, visual monitors and feed/sitemap source watches have their own type filters.
Active filter chips show the applied filters. Remove one chip to broaden the view, or Clear all to start again. Bookmark the resulting URL to reuse the filters. The URL selects a view in your current workspace; it does not grant access or pin a workspace. The change inbox also supports multiple labels and Cloud/Local filtering.
Not snoozed means no temporary snooze is active. It does not guarantee that a delivery channel is enabled or that a check or alert has succeeded. Use monitor details and delivery history to investigate missing alerts.
Select the monitors you intend to change
Owners and admins can select individual monitors or Select this page, up to 25 visible monitors. Selections apply to this page; they do not silently include later pages. Changing the filters or page clears the selection. Existing bulk pause, resume, label and delete controls remain available.
Changing a frequency or snooze validates the complete selection and your current workspace access. If a selected monitor is unavailable or the requested setting is unsupported, the whole action fails without applying a partial change. Refresh and select the monitors again.
Change Cloud check frequency together
Select Cloud monitors, open Change check frequency, and enter the interval in minutes. The control shows the minimum for your selected capture methods and plan. Use 5-minute increments up to 10,080 minutes (one week). A mixed HTML/Browser selection must meet the slower minimum required by the selection.
The already scheduled check keeps its time, including queued checks and retries. The new frequency applies after that check finishes. Changing the interval preserves the baseline, history, rules, notification settings and active or paused status. Imported drafts still need individual setup and confirmation before they can run.
Faster checks consume the existing monthly allowance more quickly. Review workspace usage before increasing a large group. Cloud Browser availability, trials, source-watch entitlements and other plan limits still apply.
Change Local check frequency in the Chrome extension, where the browser maintains its schedule. A selection containing Local monitors cannot use the Cloud frequency action. Filter Runs on to Cloud first.
Snooze change alerts for a group
Select Cloud or Local monitors, open Snooze or resume change alerts, and choose 1 hour, 24 hours, 7 days or Resume alerts now. The selected duration starts when you save and replaces an existing snooze for those monitors. It applies to everyone in the workspace.
Checks and retained history continue. Matching changes during the snooze do not create a backlog of change alerts. Alerts resume automatically when the deadline passes; resuming early does not replay suppressed changes. The watch list shows the snooze deadline beside each affected monitor.
Untouched queued change alerts are cancelled. A delivery already being sent may still arrive. Health notices, no-change reminders, manual delivery tests and scheduled reports are separate and continue. Read notification snooze for channel details.
Take the selected view with you
Open Export monitor list to download the selected monitors or all matching monitors across every page. Inventory CSV includes status and effective frequency; the import format contains just URLs, names and labels. See monitor-list exports for formats and limits.
These management tools are available on every plan, within existing limits. Workspace members can filter and export what they can access; bulk changes require an owner or admin. Follow the weekly watch-list review workflow for a practical example.
