Import Website Monitors from URLs or CSV
Create a website watch list from multiple URLs or a CSV. Review duplicates and monitor slots, then confirm each paused monitor before starting checks.
Open PageFluxer →Prepare a useful watch list
From New monitor, choose Add multiple URLs or import a CSV. Paste one address per line, or upload a UTF-8 CSV up to 100 KB. Each import accepts 1–50 rows. The CSV requires a url column and optionally supports name and labels; column order is flexible. Download the template from the import screen.
A name helps explain what the page represents. Labels help group it with related pages in your watch list and reports. For several labels, enclose the comma-separated labels field in double quotes. CSV names containing commas or line breaks must also be quoted. Double an embedded quote inside a quoted field.
Review addresses and available slots
Select Review import to see normalized URLs, names, labels and row-level problems. example.com/pricing becomes https://example.com/pricing. Explicit HTTP addresses remain HTTP. The same HTTPS default applies when adding a single page through Cloud, Local setup, discovery or visual setup.
Existing Cloud URLs and repeated URLs within the file are skipped. Invalid addresses are identified before creation. Select only the rows you want; the screen shows available Cloud monitor slots. Paused monitors use those slots. Capacity is checked again when you confirm, so another tab or teammate cannot silently exceed your plan.
Finish each monitor before activating
Create the selected paused monitors, then open each Finish setup link. Choose what to watch, confirm a fresh capture, select an appropriate interval, and save. Importing does not fetch any of the listed pages or activate checks. It does not copy cookies, selectors, notification destinations or monitoring rules from another product.
To use your signed-in desktop browser, follow the separate PageFluxer Local setup flow. An imported Cloud draft does not grant browser permissions. Only monitor pages you are authorized to access, and follow the source’s applicable terms. See the website-access documentation for practical guidance.
Recover from an interrupted import
If the connection drops after you confirm, review the same file again. URLs already created are detected as existing, so repeating the import does not duplicate those Cloud drafts. Review the workspace’s monitor list before submitting a different file.
For continuously discovering newly published pages, use a feed or sitemap source watch instead. A CSV import creates a fixed starting list; it does not subscribe to later edits of the file.
